01 plastic material category

In acrylic cosmetics packaging materials, it is generally the material of inner cover and shoulder cover. The color is yellowish or milky white.

3. PP and PE: environmental protection materials, which can directly contact with cosmetics and food. They are the main materials for filling organic skin care products. The material is white and translucent. According to different molecular structures, three different degrees of hardness and softness can be achieved.

4. PET: it is an environmental protection material, which can directly contact with cosmetics and food. It is the main material for filling organic skin care products. Pet is soft and its natural color is transparent.

5. PCTA and PETG: they are environmentally friendly materials, which can directly contact with cosmetics and food. They are the main materials for filling organic skin care products. 02 coloring process

1. Anodized aluminum: the outer surface of aluminum is wrapped on the inner plastic.

2. Electroplating (UV): compared with the spray drawing, the effect is bright color.

3. Spraying: compared with electroplating, the color is dull.

Frosting: a layer of frosted texture.

Inner bottle external spraying: spraying is carried out on the outside of the inner bottle. There is an obvious gap between the inner bottle and the outer bottle when viewed from the outside. From the side view, the area of the spray drawing is small.

Spray inside the outer bottle: spray painting is carried out on the inner side of the outer bottle, which seems to have a large area from the appearance. The area is small from the vertical plane. And there is no gap with the inner bottle.

4. Wire drawing covered with gold and silver: it is actually a film. Careful observation can find the

connection gap on the bottle body.

5. Secondary oxidation: secondary oxidation is carried out on the original oxide layer, so that the smooth surface is covered with the pattern of dark and dumb surface or the pattern of smooth surface appears on the dark and dumb surface. It is mostly used for the production of logo.

03 printing process

1. Silk screen printing: the effect after printing has obvious concave convex feeling. Because it's a layer of ink. Regular bottles (cylindrical) with silk screen printing can be printed at one time. Other irregular one-time expenses. Color is also a one-time cost. And divided into self drying ink and UV ink. Self drying ink is easy to fall off for a long time and can be wiped off with alcohol. UV ink has obvious concave convex feeling, which is difficult to erase.

2. Hot stamping: it is a thin layer of paper hot stamping on it. So there is no concave convex feeling of the silk screen printing. And hot stamping is best not directly on PE and PP materials. It is necessary to carry out heat transfer before hot stamping. Or there is a good bronzing paper can also be directly hot stamping. Hot stamping is not allowed on aluminum plastic, but on full speed.

3. Water transfer printing: it is an irregular printing process carried out in water. The printed lines are inconsistent. And the price is more expensive.

4. Heat transfer printing: heat transfer printing is mostly used for products with large quantity and complex printing. It belongs to attaching a film to the surface. The price is too expensive.

5. Offset printing: mostly used for aluminum plastic hose and all plastic hose. If offset printing is color hose, silk screen printing must be used when making white, and the background color will be revealed in offset printing. And sometimes a layer of bright film or sub film will be attached to the surface of the hose.
