How to decorate wine bottles

In life, we will find that it is easy to produce a lot of idle items, in which many empty wine bottles are more common. Many people will choose to throw away these empty wine bottles, but in fact, after transforming these empty wine bottles, they can become very beautiful decorations.

1. Wine bottle book stand:

Turn this pretentious bottle into a fashionable book stand. What you need: a wine bottle, a friend to help you drink, and small things like pebbles or sand.

2. Bottle lamp:

What you need is: a clean bottle and battery powered fairy lights. It’s simple.

3. Self pouring water bottle:

Do you have cacti, succulent plants or other indoor plants that only need occasional water? Once embedded in the soil, this self watering bottle will slowly hydrate. It’s a perfect “ignore” watering system. You can use ribbons and paint to color the bottles, or you can use empty bottles, beer bottles or strong bottles directly. Note: just fill 2 / 3 of the bottle with water, cover the opening with your thumb, and then insert the bottle into the soil. If you have a garden, you can put automatic watering bottles between each plant.

4. Wine bottle pickle can:

You can pickle vegetables in a bottle. It’s a gift to show off your gardening, pickling and craft skills at the same time. What you need: a clean bottle, vegetables, water, salt, vinegar and Edgar’s Pickle recipe. Explanation: once the salt water is made, the vegetables are ready, the raw materials are put into the wine bottle, and then personalized with decorations.

5. Citronella candle:

What you need: a clean bottle, candle wick, 1 / 2-inch connector with stopper, Teflon tape, citronella flavored Tiki fuel and Aquarium Gravel. Explanation: pour Aquarium Gravel and Tiki fuel into the bottle. Wrap the joint with Teflon tape and insert it firmly into the bottle mouth. Push the wick through the connector and secure the connector into the bottle.

6. Snack containers:

This snack bottle is a great gift for children or lovers who need sweets. What you need: paint, writing paper, painter tape and candy, jelly beans or our favorite tropical Mini marshmallow. Note: first place two horizontal strips of tape around the bottle, about 3-5 inches apart. Apply a layer of acrylic paint between the painter’s tape (the rest of the chalk board paint is OK) and let it dry for an hour. Apply another coat and let it dry for 1-3 hours – or better yet, overnight. Gently peel the tape off the bottle, apply letters to the bottle, and fill it with the candy of your choice.
