1. For manual glass bottles, due to manual operation, the effect and quality of the products will be different depending on the operators. The most obvious place is at the bottom of the glass bottles. The uniformity will vary from person to person. However, the operation time of a single variety will be improved, while the assembly line is different. The machine parameters and the number of bottle drops controlled by the computer numerical control program will be uniform and accurate, and the finished products will be smooth and smooth, The uniformity and the crescent line at the bottom of the glass bottle are very clear and beautiful. It is suitable for the filling of large-scale assembly line containers, which can improve the production capacity and output efficiency. 

2. During the operation of the manual machine production process, the bottle mouth mold may be biased or not in place, and the uniformity of the bottle mouth will be greatly different. However, the manual operation will also be more flexible than the assembly line due to individual bottle types, so as to achieve the product effect that the assembly line cannot produce.

3. Manual machine molds are mostly opened with handles. The shaping, cooling and mold closing lines of bottles will be affected by the time and length of air blowing and mold opening and closing. The assembly line is different. The exhaust holes and opening and closing time of the molds are very accurate, which has little impact on the product shaping and the product mold closing line will also be very small.

4. The manual machine production process does not have high requirements on the production site and production change time, and can flexibly meet the needs of small single quantity customers. The short production time of molds and the low cost input are also one of the reasons why the manual machine process has been welcomed by glass bottle manufacturers, while the assembly line has certain requirements on the production site and product quantity.
